Medicare help in Ogden, North Ogden and Weber County

If you live in Ogden, North Ogden or anywhere in Weber County, you don't have to sort out Medicare on your own. Jamie can sit down with you at your home, or talk it through by phone or Zoom. Below, you'll also find free local places to get objective Medicare help.

We come to you

There's no office to drive to. Jamie can meet you at home, at your kitchen table, with your paperwork and prescription bottles right there. If you'd rather not have a visit, phone and Zoom appointments work too.

Appointments are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and the consultation is free.

What we'll cover together

Every visit starts with listening. Then we cover what fits your situation:

  • When to sign up, and whether to wait on Part B if you're still working (see Turning 65)
  • How a Medicare Supplement and a Medicare Advantage plan compare for you
  • Whether your doctors and prescriptions fit the plans we offer where you live
  • A review every fall, when plans change

Your plan choices depend on where you live

Medicare Advantage and Part D plans are offered in specific service areas. That means the plans available in Weber County aren't necessarily the same ones offered in Salt Lake County or St. George. We look up plans by your ZIP code and check your doctors and pharmacy against each plan we offer, so you only spend time on options that actually fit.

If you have TRICARE or VA benefits

Military and veterans' benefits work with Medicare in specific ways:

  • TRICARE For Life: You must have Medicare Part A and Part B to get TRICARE For Life benefits.
  • VA health care: Medicare doesn't pay for care you get at a VA facility, and the VA pays for VA-authorized care. If you have both Medicare and VA benefits, you can get coverage under either program.

We can talk through how your benefits and Medicare fit together before you make any decisions.
